Reasons why I have chosen to have a regular motto:

• It provides a shot of inspiration, calming my mind, and increasing my productivity, giving me the encouragement to persist.
• As an expression of my principles: It is who I am, what I stand for, and a reminder of my values.
• To help change habits: It has helped replace depression with healthy self-talk.
• To give pleasure to my life. I regularly record myself saying the words - then I integrate into my vlogs!
